Our story

The name 湾岸 Wangan references the Bayshore expressway in Tokyo and the late-night culture built around it. We carry that enthusiasm for cars into everyday work — roadworthy certificates, logbook servicing and honest repairs for drivers across Melbourne's south-east.
But the references are seasoning, not the meal. Day to day we are a straight-talking Oakleigh South workshop: we diagnose before we touch a spanner, quote clearly, and finish on time. Whether it is a Hilux logbook service or a brake refresh on a weekend car, the standard is the same.

How long has the workshop been open?
We have been operating from our Eskay Rd workshop in Oakleigh South since 2021, serving drivers across Melbourne's south-east.
Do you only work on JDM or performance cars?
Not at all. We work on all makes and models — from daily drivers and work utes to weekend cars. Every car gets the same standard of care.
